Let’s Pray for the Ending of Abortion

So much depends on if the church will pray, for God has given authority over the earth to man, but the church in prayer has the authority of sinful man, but the church has to use the authority, God said “if my people will humble themselves and pray” He will move, for we know from Dan 2:20 He raises kings and He removes them.   The promise of the Spirit of Elijah to turn the hearts of Fathers to children is also for the end of the age, but like all promises, the God initiates what He wants and the Ekklesia, praying church, releases it through intercession.

James 4:2 says ‘we don’t have because we don’t ask.’  I continually warfare and tear down a stronghold of unbelief in the power of praying God’s Word just by continually feeding my heart on Scripture.  Paul said in 1Tim2 that if we lay hold of God’s mandate to pray for all the authorities in the land, that we would live lives of peace and godliness, a culture of life.  I believe it!   Paul also said in the crucial chapters of 2Cor 9-13 that our weak biblical prayers are actually mighty to war and empower angels against demonic principalities and ideologies.  I believe it!  Ideologies shape nations, consider how the shift in ideologies shifted from before and after the summer of 1967!!  That’s a negative shift, consider a positive, when God pours out His Spirit on the Church!  [Now I recommend reading my post here about tearing down personal strongholds if you get a chance.]

When Jesus returns we know from Matthew 6 He will reward fasting v18 and prayer v25 in the secret place, and He of course will also reward and answer it now as well.  Matthew 5:19 says a lifestyle of these virtues is the premier place of reward in the Kingdom.  I’m convinced the wisest thing we can’t do is not just turn ourselves but actually pray for families cities and states, nations to turn via prayer, that we like Esther have been spared and appointed for such a time as this, to have the full attention of the all powerful King,.. now what are we going to ask for?

Esther 7:3 “I ask that my life and the lives of my people will be spared.” -Cry of the end-time church
Psalm 126:5 -Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy!!!

Amos 5:24 “But let justice roll down like waters And righteousness like an ever-flowing stream. ”

Luke 18:7-8 will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night? Nevertheless, will the Son of Man find such faith upon His return?
